Applications are invited in GTB Hospital, List of eligible candidates shall be displayed on Hospital Notice Board on the day of Interview. No separate call letters shall be sent: A. Sr. Resident Department Vacancy : 1. ENT-1, 2. Medicine-8, 3. Dialysis-2, 4. Neurology-4, 5. Paediatrics-7, 6. Dermatology-1, 7. Pathology-6, 8. Microbiology-1, 9. Obst. & Gynae-7, 10. Burns & Plastic-6, 11. Biochemistry-2, 12. Neurosurgery-12, 13. Surgery-8, 14. Radiology-12, 15. A&E-2, 16. Orthopaedics-6, 17. Anaesthesia-21, 18. Dental-1, 19. Ophthalmology-2.No of Post : 109 posts in various disciplines,Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.1500 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs.6600,Age Limit: Not to exceed 35 years (40 years for SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates) on the closing date for the submission of application.Qualification : Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB/MDS) in the concerned specialty, Diploma Holders in the concerned disciplines will be considered only in case of non-availability of MD/MS/DNB/MDS in the concerned specialty.B. Jr. Resident Department Total Vacancy : 1. Dental-04, 2. Medical (MBBS-133),No of Post : 137 posts in various disciplines,Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400,Age Limit: Not to exceed 30 years (35 years for SC/ST and 33 years for OBC) on the closing date of application.Qualification: MBBS/BDS Degree from a recognized University.
NOTE : 1. The number of vacant posts may vary. The Appointment will be made initially for a period of one year, and will be extended further on yearly basis up to a maximum of 3 years, on the basis of satisfactory Work & Conduct Report from the concerned HOD and written request from the Doctor.2. All Adhoc Senior Residents/Junior Residents working in GTB Hospital should also appear for the interview otherwise their services will be terminated.3. Selected Candidates shall be allowed a maximum of 10 days time for joining from the date of offer. In case the candidate failed to join, the offer shall stand automatically cancelled and the post shall be offered to the next candidate on the panel.
