National Textil Corporation Ltd, NTC, is a major Schedule ‘A” Central Public Sector Undertaking having Textile Mills and other Offices spread across the country. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing Clothes and Yarn. The marketing activities include Export business. The Company is looking for qualified and experienced professionals in relevant disciplines for recruitment on regular basis.
REQUIRES PROFESSIONALS FIELD :I. Deputy General Manager – Technical, HRM & Marketing.II. Management Trainee – Technical, HRM, Finance, Marketing and Engineering.III. Supervisors Technical - Technical I. Deputy General Manager : No of Post : 12 posts (Technical-1, HR-12, Marketing-1), Pay Scale : Rs. Rs. 16000-400-20800, Age Limit : Candidate age should not exceed 40 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Must be Graduate/Diploma in Textile Engineering with 12 years and 15 years experience respectively.II. Management Trainee : No of Post : 33 posts (Technical -8, HR-6, Marketing-5, Finance-11, Engg.-3), Stipend: 1st year – Rs.10000/- On successful completion, the Trainee will be placed in the Pay Scale : Rs.6550-200-11350 with one increment., Age Limit : Candidate age should not exceed 28 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : 1. Technical : Graduate in Textile Engineering. 2. Human Resource : Post – Graduate Degree / MBA/ MSW (2 years) in HR/ Personnel. 3. Marketing : Post-Graduate Degree/MBA (2 years) in Marketing. 4. Finance : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance), 5. Engineering : Graduate in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.III. Supervisors (Technical) : No of Post : 25 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.Rs. 6000-160-10000, Age Limit : Candidate age should not exceed 28 years. Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Textile Engineering with 5 years experience.
SELECTION PROCEDURE :The Eligible candidates short-listed based on initial scrutiny will be called for test and/interview. Suitable instructions in this regard will be sent to the candidates individually. Out-station candidates called for interview will be paid eligible train fare by the shortest route on production of proof of journey as per rules of the Company.
