Central Council for Research in Ayurveda and Siddha, CCRAS, is an autonomous organization funded by the Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The Council is an apex technical Institute for formulation, co-ordination, development and promotion of Research in Ayurveda and Siddha on scientific lines. Research areas include literary and fundamental research, drug research, clinical research including neutraceutical and cosmoceutical research, bio-instrumentation and RCH research invites applications for Administrative posts: I. Research Officer (Ayurveda) : No of Post : 04 posts (ST-3, SC-1), Pay Scale : Rs.15600 to 39100+ Grade Pay Rs.5400/-, Age Limit : Upto 40 years (Relaxable upto 5 years for Govt. servant and employees of autonomous Institutes under Govt.), Essential Qualification & Experience : a) Matric or equivalent. b) Degree/Diploma in Ayurveda of minimum of 4 years duration from a recognised University / Statutory Faculty / Board / Council or equivalent.c) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Ayurveda of minimum of 2 years from a recognised University / Statutory Faculty / Board / Council or equivalent. d) 8 years professional experience after obtaining Degree/Diploma out of which 2 years experience should be in Research/Teaching in a recognised Institution/College/University.II. Research Officer (Pharmacology) : No of Post : 01 post (OBC-1), Pay Scale : Rs.15600 to39100+ Grade Pay Rs.5400/-, Age Limit : Upto 40 years (Relaxable upto 5 years for Govt. servant and employees of autonomous Institutes under Govt.), Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. in Pharmacology / Drug Assay or M.V.Sc. Degree from a recognised University/Institution. 3 years Research/Teaching experience in Pharmacology.III. Research Officer (Clinical Pathology) : No of Post : 01 post (UR-1), Pay Scale : Rs.15600 to 39100+ Grade Pay Rs.5400/-, Age Limit : Upto 40 years (Relaxable upto 5 years for Govt. servant and employees of autonomous Institutes under Govt.), Essential Qualification & Experience : M.B.B.S. Degree from a recognised University/Institution. Degree/Diploma in Clinical Pathology of minimum of 1 year. 2 years Research/Teaching/Hospital experience in Clinical Pathology after obtaining the M.B.B.S. Degree in a recognized Hospital/Institution.
