Mazagon Dock Limited, MDL is a profit-making Central Government Schedule ‘A’ PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence. Applications are invited from Indian Nationals as a regular basis for the following posts: I. General Manager (Technical) E-8 : No of Post : 04 posts, Age Limit : A candidate age should not execeed 52 years as on 31.08.2009. Pay Scale : Rs. 51300 to 73000/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering (minimum second class) in the discipline of Mechanical/Electrical OR Full time Degree in Naval Architecture OR Full time Degree in Engineering with post graduate diploma in Naval Construction from a recognized university / deemed university and Minimum 20 years post qualification experience at managerial level of Production/Planning/Design/Commercial/Project Management.II. Asstt. Manager (Security) E-2 : No of Post : 01 post, Experience : 3 Yrs., Age Limit : A candidate age should not execeed 32 years as on 31.08.2009. Pay Scale : Rs. 20,600 to 46,500/-,Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/ deemed university. and Minimum 3 years post qualification experience as an officer in the Armed Forces or Police Department or as Security officer in a large industrial organization.III. Fire Officer E-1 : No of Post : 01 post, Age Limit : A candidate age should not execeed 28 years as on 31.08.2009. Pay Scale : Rs. 16,400 to 40,500/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate of the Institute of Fire Engineers (India) OR Graduate in any discipline and having completed Sub Officer’s/Station Officer’s course from National Fire Service College Nagpur OR NBCD (I) qualified Chief Petty Officer/ Master Chief Petty Officer of Indian Navy (Ex-Servicemen) & One year post qualification experience in fire fighting in case of the first two categories above and 12 years experience and proficiency in Ship.
