G.B. Pant Institute of Himalayan Environment & Development Sikkim Unit, IHED, Applications are invited for purely project based positions on temporary basis in project based R&D activities of the Institute. Candidates having appropriate qualifications in relevant subject / specialization with consistently good academic record and experience as given against each position may apply. Junior Research Fellow – JRF :No of Post : 01 post,Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate with 55% marks in Botany / Soil Science / Agriculture / Nematology/Environmental Science/Life Science/Forestry/Microbiology.Emoluments: Rs. 12,000 + H.R.A. DST/CSIR norms shall be applicable. Preference will be given to NET qualified candidates and research experience of working in the mountains.Age Limit : Candidate should not execeed 28 years.
