Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, BHEL, the country’s premier engineering organization and one of the NAVRATNA PSU, catering to core sectors of Indian economy viz Power Generation, Transmission, Industry, Transportation, Telecommunication and renewable Energy, requires engineering professional for its Project Engineering Management Division at Noida (UP). 1. Sr. Manager – E5 : No of Post : 09 posts (Mechanical-06, Electrical-03), Age Limit : Maximum Age limit is 43 years as on 01.10.2009. Essential Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Control and Instrumentation/Power Engineering from a recognized Institute, with minimum 65% marks in aggregate. Post graduate Degree in Power Engineering will be added advantage to the candidates. PAY SCALE (IDA-PATTERN) : Rs. 18500-740-23900*2. Manager – E4 : No of Post : 09 posts (Mechanical-06, Electrical-02, Civil-02), Age Limit : Maximum Age limit is 39 years as on 01.10.2009. Essential Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Control and Instrumentation/Power Engineering from a recognized Institute, with minimum 65% marks in aggregate. Post graduate Degree in Power Engineering will be added advantage to the candidates. PAY SCALE (IDA-PATTERN) : Rs. 17500 -700-22300*3. Dy.Manager – E3 : No of Post : 01 post (Control & Instrumentation-01), Age Limit : Maximum Age limit is 36 years as on 01.10.2009. Essential Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Control and Instrumentation/Power Engineering from a recognized Institute, with minimum 65% marks in aggregate. Post graduate Degree in Power Engineering will be added advantage to the candidates. PAY SCALE (IDA-PATTERN) : Rs. 16000-640-20800*
MODE OF SELECTION: The mode of selection of candidates shall be personal interview. However, if the number of eligible applications received for a particular position in excess of 1:10 to the no. of vacancies, Written Test shall be conducted only for the purposes of short listing candidates in the ratio of 1:3 for being called for interview, on the basis of their Written Test marks. In the event of receiving good response of applications the maximum no. of candidates to be called for written test will be in the ratio of 1:20 to the no. of vacancies.
