Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, ESIC, proposes to start Post Graduate Medical Courses in its hospital and action has been initiated to obtain the approval of Central Government and Medical Council of India (as per the prescribed procedure) to start the Post Graduate Medical courses w.e.f. the academic session 2010-11. WALK-IN-INTERVIEW (RESERVED VACANCIES) Recruitment of Teaching Faculty for the proposed ESI PGIMSR ESI Hospital, Basaidarapur, Ring Road, New Delhi-15 1. Professor : No of Post : 12 posts (ST-1, Sc-5, OBC-6), Scale of Pay : Rs. 18,400-500-22,400 (Pre-revised) +NPA (For Medical Candidates), Age Limit : Not exceeding 64 years as on 30th September, 2009. Essential Qualification & Experience : Minimum qualification for Teachers in Medical Institute regulations, 1998 & MCI PG Medical Education Regulation,2000 (As amended from time to time-Please refer http://www.mciindia.org for detailed information. Having 12 Years experience of teaching in concerned specialty from an MCI Recognized teaching hospital after obtaining PG Degree out of which 4 years as Associate Professor/Reader on full time basis.2. Associate Professor : No of Post : 12 posts (ST-1, Sc-5, OBC-6), Age Limit: Not exceeding 64 years as on 30th September, 2009. Scale of Pay : Rs. 14,300-400-18,300 (Pre-revised)+NPA (For Medical Candidates), Essential Qualification & Experience : The applicant must possess – Minimum qualification for Teachers in Medical Institute regulations, 1998 & MCI PG Medical Education, Regulation,2000, Having 8 Years experience of teaching in concerned specialty from an MCI Recognized teaching hospital after obtaining PG Degree out of which 5 years as Assistant Professor / Lecturer on full time basis.

OR Five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.B. Consultant (Secretarial Assistance) :No of Post : 01 post for UR On Contract basis.Pay Scale : Rs. 20000/- pm consolidated,Age Limit : Not Above 45 Years, Purely on Contract basis, initially for a period of One Year onlyEssential Qualification & Experience : 1. A Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 55% of marks. Candidates with Post Graduate qualifications with 55% of marks may also apply. 2. The candidate should have excellent communication skill in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu will be the added advantage. The candidate must possess excellent skills in telephonic communication, office management and handling of visitors and VIPs.He/She should be able to maintain confidentially and independently correspond and put up notes, letters etc. 3. Candidate should have good skill – 40 w.p.m. in typewriting and 100 w.p.m. in Shorthand. The candidate should be well versed in working in Computer environment with excellent skills in Word, Power Point, Excel and other ERP solutions.
