It operates and owns one of it’s integrated steel plant at Burnpur. The company is now implementing a massive expansion plan involving a modernised plant at Burnpur. IISCO STEEL PLANT is looking for competent experienced personnel for recruitment to the following posts: I. Operator Cum-Technician :No of Post : 100 posts, GEN-51, SC-15, ST-7, OBC-27, PH: (OH-1, HH-1, VH-1), Xs-5,Pay Scale : Rs. 4170-3%-6095/- (S-3),Age Limit : Maximum Age as on 01-09-2009 is 35 years.Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates should be Diploma in Engineering (Mettallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation etc) with minimum 5 years of experience in Operation of Steel Plant or maintenance of Cranes / Locos / Instrumentation / Process Control / Power Distribution / Electronic Panel / experience of working in steel industry.II. Attendant-cum-Technician :No of Post : 100 posts, GEN-51, SC-15, ST-7, OBC-27, PH: (OH-1, HH-1, VH-1), Xs-5,Pay Scale : Rs.4000-3%-5600/- (S-1),Age Limit : Maximum Age as on 01-09-2009 is 30 years.Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidates should be Matriculate –OR- equivalent with ITI in Trades like Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic etc. with minimum 2 years of experience in Operation of Steel Plant or maintenance of Cranes / Locos / Instrumentation / Process Control / Power Distribution / Electronic Panel / experience of working in steel industry.

Minimum 2 years experience in a Hospital/Medical Research Organisation.Iv. Technician `E’ (Radio-diagnosis) : No of Post : 03 posts, Age Limit : Upper age limit 30 years as on 18.09.2009. Scale of Pay : Rs.5200-20200/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : H.S.C. plus two years Diploma in Medical Radiography Technology with 55% marks and at least one year experience as Medical Radiographer.V. Technician `E’ (ICU) : No of Post : 01 post, Age Limit : Upper age limit 30 years as on 18.09.2009. Scale of Pay : Rs.5200-20200/-, Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc.(Physics/Microbiology/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Zoology/Botany/Chemistry) with at least one year experience in ICU/OT as Technician.VI. Nurse `A’ : No of Post : 36 posts (OH-01, SC-5 , ST-2, OBC-9 , Gen.-19), Age Limit : Upper age limit 30 years as on 18.09.2009.
