Chief Administrative Officer : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : Revised PB-3 – Rs. 15600-39100 – Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 21900/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-. Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years on the last date fixed for receiving application. Essential Qualification & Experience : Postgraduate with MBA/PG Diploma in Management. Minimum 20 years of experience in relevant areas.B. Senior Administrative Officer (General Administration) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of pay –Revised PB-3 – Rs. 15600-39100 – Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 18750/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-, Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years on the last date fixed for receiving application. Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduation in any discipline with Postgraduate Degree or PG Diploma in Management. Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant areas.C. Assistants : No of Post : 03 posts, Scale of pay –Revised PB-2 – Rs. 9300 – 34800 – Minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 9300 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-, Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years on the last date fixed for receiving application. Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduation with minimum 55% marks (in Part-III alone) and knowledge of computer applications in office management. Minimum 8 years of experience out of which at least 7 years in the lower grade of Junior Assistant or similar post in any Govt./Private Organization.D. Consultant (Communications and Public Relations) : No of Post : 01 post, Scale of Pay : will be on contract basis with consolidated monthly remuneration which is negotiable commensurate with the qualification and experience. Essential Qualification & Experience : profile includes Planning & implementing communication activities, brand communications, media relations, management of press conferences, and preparation of publications, Annual Report and reports for Board Meetings. Postgraduate in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations with a minimum of 10 years of relevant operational experience in Government / large enterprise can apply.

Indian Institute of Management, IIM, To meet the requirements of the high growth trajectory of the institute, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) invites applications for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the following areas. I. EconomicsII. Finance, Accounting & ControlIII. Information Technology & SystemsIV. MarketingV. Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource ManagementVI. Quantitative Methods and Operations ManagementVII. Strategic Management.
Candidates must have a Ph.D degree or its equivalent with consistently good academic record and commensurate publications/publication potential. The levels of teaching/research/industry experience required for the various positions are as mentioned below:
* Professor: Minimum 10 years, of which 8 years should be at Assistant/ Associate Professor Level.* Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years, of which 5 years should be at Assistant Professor Level* Assistant Professor: Minimum 3 years.
The scales of pay associated with the positions are: Professor (Rs.37400-67000 + Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 10500/-), Associate Professor (Rs. 37500-67000 + Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 9500/-), and Assistant Professor (Rs. 15600-39100 + Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 8000/-). The minimum basic pay will be Rs. 48000/- + AGP of Rs. 10500/- for Professors, Rs. 42800/- + AGP of Rs. 9500/- for Associate Professors and Rs. 30000/- + AGP of Rs. 8000/- for Asst. Professors. Positions carry usual allowances and perquisites as generally available in the IIMs. The Institute also provides opportunities for consulting, training etc.
