With a view to achieving these goals in the shortest possible time, NPCI proposes to recruit dynamic leaders in senior and middle management positions with in-depth experience in banking industry with an emphasis on electronic payment and settlement systems. A. Senior Management Positions :1. Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer: Age Limit: Between 40 years and 55 years. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong credentials. Essential Qualification & Experience: MBA/CA. If not MBA/CA, a minimum academic qualification of Post Graduation in First Class. At least 20 years in successful banking and financial services out of which at least 10 years experience in payment systems; and at least three years in senior executive management position.2. Chief Operating Officer: Essential Qualification & Experience: MBA / CA or First Class post graduation in any subject, Experience in various Payment systems (Card Payments, ACH, Cheque Clearing), Age Limit: Preferably between 40 years and 55 years. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience.3. Chief Financial Officer: Essential Qualification & Experience: CA/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, A minimum of 12 years of post qualification experience and demonstrated competence in managing. Age Limit: Preferably between 35 years and 50 years. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience.4. Chief Technology Officer: Essential Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of a large IT System implementation, architecture design and KRAs development, A minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in IT. B. Middle Management Positions :I. Chief Risk Officer: Essential Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate in Statistics / MBA (Finance) / CA and Diploma in Risk Management with a minimum of 12 years of business experience (post qualification) , with accounting / and legal background; Alternately a minimum of 12 years of experience in operational risk and/or audit disciplines. Age Limit: Preferably between 30 years and 45 years. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience.II. Head, Card Payments: Essential Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate in Commerce / Economics. Age Limit: Preferably between 35 years and 45 years. Can be relaxed for candidates with strong domain knowledge and experience.VII. Head, Human Resources: Essential Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent, A minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience in Human resource management, organizational development, leadership development. C. Junior Management Positions :A. Manager : 30 posts, Essential Qualification & Experience: MBA / CA / Post graduate in science, commerce, Economics, Minimum post-qualification experience of at least 5 years, in the relevant area, in a large Bank / financial institution / IT company.
